Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the StudioScope platform (the "Service") operated by Boyan Georgiev ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to review, remove, or block any content that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, share, store, or transmit any content that:

  • Is illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activity in any jurisdiction
  • Is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or contains nudity or sexual content of any kind
  • Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or cruelty to animals
  • Is harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
  • Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights, including sharing personal information without consent
  • Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, worms, or any other harmful code
  • Constitutes hate speech or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including phishing or impersonation
  • Contains terrorist or extremist material

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to engage in any of the following:

  • Attempt to access another user's studio, projects, files, or account without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any access controls, authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, scripts, or other automated means to access, extract, or monitor data from the Service without our express written permission
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, its servers, or its hosting infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your account or access to the Service to a third party
  • Use the Service to advertise or offer to sell goods or services, unless explicitly permitted by your plan
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Service for any benchmarking or competitive analysis without our prior written consent
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe that content on the Service violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at privacy@studioscope.app.

When reporting, please include a description of the content, where it is located, and why you believe it violates this policy. We will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removal of content and suspension or termination of accounts.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to:

  • Monitor the Service for content that violates this AUP
  • Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP
  • Remove, disable access to, or modify any content that we determine in our sole discretion violates this AUP
  • Suspend or terminate any user's access to the Service for violations of this AUP
  • Report violations to law enforcement authorities when we believe in good faith that such reporting is appropriate
  • Cooperate with law enforcement in investigating any suspected illegal activity

We may also take any other action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. We are not obligated to take any particular action regarding any content or activity on the Service.
