Quickly setup a schedule, roles & permissions for your team
This week — a rebuilt Schedule tab with ready-made blueprints and a client-visible timeline, and real permission boundaries for hired teammates on a project.
Studioscope, an introduction
Why I built Studioscope, and three short videos walking through files, versions, reviews, schedule and scope – from the work around the work to the business side.
Deliverable versions, client threads, and real thumbnails
What shipped this week — real version history for deliverables, a proper split between internal and client-facing file discussion, and a calmer file experience.

From the maker
I built Studioscope for myself first.
Hi, I’m Bobby. I’ve spent over a decade behind the camera and in the edit, across VFX for film, TV and photography. For my freelancing every project lived in a dozen places at once: briefs in emails, feedback in WhatsApp, files spread over the internet, the sign-off buried in a thread from last Tuesday. Sound familiar?
So I made the thing I wished I had, one place for the files, the feedback, the scope and the client sign-off. I built it for my own projects first, and somewhere along the way it stopped being a side project and quietly started running my work. And my clients loved it!
Studioscope is new, and I won’t pretend otherwise, that’s rather the point. I’m bringing the first 5 studios on by hand, myself: we’ll set yours up together on a call, and the price you join at stays locked for as long as you’re around. Join now and you get me on the other end of it, and a real say in where this goes next.
