How does StudioScope pricing work?

Each paid plan is a flat monthly price — Pro is a £20/month — that includes a generous bucket of storage, download bandwidth and video-review minutes. You only pay extra if you go past what's included, and only for the exact amount you went over, measured each month.

What counts as overage?

Three things, each metered separately: storage (the total size of files you keep), downloads (data leaving StudioScope when clients or your team pull files out), and video minutes (time actually watched in the browser review player). Collaborators, projects and clients are always unlimited and never metered.

When am I charged for overage?

Usage is measured nightly and any overage is added to your next monthly invoice as clear line items — never as instant micro-charges. Download and video-minute counters reset on the 1st of each month; storage is based on what you're holding right now.

Do you charge per user or per seat?

No — every paid plan includes unlimited projects and unlimited client collaborators. You're never charged for adding a teammate or a client. That's the core difference from seat-based tools.

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the free plan includes 3 GB of storage and one project, enough to deliver and get sign-off on a single project end to end. It's hard-capped at 3 GB, so there's no overage and no surprise bill on Free.

What happens if I go over on the free plan?

You don't get billed — uploads are simply blocked once you reach the 3 GB cap. To store more, upgrade to a paid plan, which lifts the cap and switches you to pay-only-for-what-you-use overage.
